How many nuts should I take?

8 out of 10 people are aware of its importance but 86% are unaware of how much it should be eaten. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person.
According to a survey of 2,000 people in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, people are unaware of the amount of fruit they eat because of their unfamiliarity with food types. The survey was conducted by Global Grain Partners.
Most people do not know how much-dried fruit to eat daily
The survey found that one in four people do not know about foods that are rich in food. In the same way, every fourth person thinks that nuts are a complete food for them, just as they think of bread.
The study found that many people are aware of important facts.
64% of the UAE and 53% of Saudi Arabia believe that fiber and fruits in production are beneficial for the digestive system, but most of their benefits are unknown.
Only half said it was good for heart health, and less than a quarter knew it could help reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. Half of them also said they believed people were not eating enough. Because they are not aware of its health benefits.
How can we add more grains to our daily diet?
If you include fruits in your diet, they will not only complement your diet but you will also enjoy it.
Eat whole-grain bread instead of white bread. Add basmati rice to the diet instead of white rice.
Increase the number of pistachios in the diet. Use whole ground flour.
Teach your children about food types. Different foods should be eaten. Such as beans and other fruits etc.

Is brown food made with whole grains?
Before we buy whole-grain foods, we need to know that some ‘brown’ foods are not whole grains at all. Its brown color may be due to additional ingredients like caramel. So, when you look at details like multi-grain, high-fiber, 100 percent wheat, it doesn’t necessarily mean that foods are made entirely from grains.

Introduce your children to food types
