Here are some exercises that I do with my brother when he got positive covid-19.

First of all cleaning mouth.

Take lemon and salt in a hot water deep your natural brush and start clean how to clean mouth?

  5. After that start drink minerals and hot water and eat clean then start to gargle for 10 to 15 minutes.

Exercises for Breathing…

  1. Inhale oxygen more as you can stop it for 5 to 6 seconds then exhale.
  2. The shorter breathing increases patient Blood pressure high as wel as the risk of heart diseases. Help to rub the back and lungs are of the patient.
  3. Take breath on mouth stop exhale for 4 seconds not on nose because breathing on mouth can give strength to your lungs.
  4. The flapping arms move helps you to boost your lungs capacity of breathing.

 

Massage therapy:

  1. Massage your muscles with hot oil before sleep.
  2. Mud Therapy.
  3. Sand therapy
  4. Wheat therapy.
  5. Sit in normal Hot water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Electrotherapy for pain.

 

 

Nutrition:

  1. Eat clean vegies soups it helps to boost your immune system and when your immune is    slightly upward and the pain   boost down in a few days.
  2. From clean vegies I mean the food which is not in hybrid form. Stay away from hybrid food.
  3. Hybrid foods are full of chemicals which produce viruses and helping in boosting various diseases
  4. I suggest you to eat the foods which grow underground

 

VEGETABLES that helps to decrease the risk of diseases:

  1. Beet
  2. Carrot
  3. Potato
  4. Sweet Potato
  5. Turnip
  6. Rutabaga
  7. Radish
  8. Parsnip
  9. Green leaves.

TEA for removing all diseases:

 

first take  Green tea in addition with dry fruits

  3. Peppermint tea
  4. Sage tea
  5. Rooibos Tea
  6. Echinacea Tea
  7. Lemon Balm tea
  8. Rose hip tea
  9. Fennel and cumin tea.
